Walt, Jesse, and Mike meet with a Phoenix based meth dealer named Declan. The group hashes out a new distribution deal, but Jesse and Mike still want out. Mike leaves, but Walt refuses to pay Jesse what he's owed. Meanwhile, Hank closes in on Mike, leading Walt to warn him and suggest he skip town. Sadly, Walt and Mike's final meeting doesn't at all go according to plan.
