One survivor breaks her wrist during a challenge and must leave the game therefore no regular elimination happens this day!.
With Kourtney Moon out of the game, the Monono Tribe: Jay Byars, Michael Jefferson, Jonas Otsuji, Greg Smith, M.D., Bill Posley, Leif Manson, Troyzan Robertson, Matt Quinlan and Colton Cumbie and the Salani Tribe: Nina Acosta, Monica Culpepper, Christina Cha, Chelsea Meissner, Kat Edorsson, Sabrina Thompson, Alicia Rosa and Kimberly Spradlin are in it to win it. However, when a costly mistake moves the Salali to Tribal Council again all eyes are on the older members and even the youngest of the tribe. Meanwhile, Colton decides to share his secret plan.

However, the old Salani Tribe stick to their own and start to pick off members of the Old Manono Tribe.

During Tribal, none of the members are scared of going home.

With everyone after Troyzan, he stops at nothing to pull ahead and plans a move that could change the game entirely.
With Leif Manson out of the game, Christina Cha, Greg Smith, M.D., Alicia Rosa, Chelsea Meissner, Kat Edorsson, Sabrina Thompson, Kimberly Spradlin and Troyzan Robertson are still in it for the million. When a twist of fate comes toward one survivor, they have to scramble to survive in the game.
With Troyzan Robertson gone, only Christina Cha, Greg Smith, M.D., Alicia Rosa, Chelsea Meissner, Kat Edorsson, Sabrina Thompson, and Kimberly Spradlin are in the game. After an immunity challenge that proves almost successful for one, a blindside happens that leaves one survivor walking away in tears.
With Kat out of the competition, Christina Cha, Greg Smith, M.D., Alicia Rosa, Chelsea Meissner, Sabrina Thompson or Kimberly Spradlin remain in it to win the million dollars. When a survivor wins their first Immunity Idol, the tables are turned to take out the competition.
For the first time, an all-women Final Five battle for the title of Sole Survivor, and one castaway breaks down before the Final Tribal Council.
The winner is revealed as the 18 castaways reunite to discuss the season.
