The two finalists are challenged to stage a show at London's Tower Bridge, a task which will test their shugs in creativity, marketing, organisation and leadership. Both contenders must manage a team of former contestants, who return to `help out', before the winner is announced. The programme then shifts to the You're Hired studio, where Adrian Chiles gets the lowdown from the entrepreneurs, friends and family as well as Alan Sugar himself.
