The four finalists battle it out one last time as they attempt to be crowned this year's winner. They each have to perform a solo before teaming up with their mentors to perform. The phone lines are opened for the final public vote of the series. Ed Sheeran performs live on stage. Holly reveals that Vince has finished in fourth place. The three remaining finalists then perform their favourite song they have sung before. Maroon 5 performs live on stage. The judges perform together live on stage. Holly reveals that Leanne has been crowned the winner.
