After witnessing his best friend's cuddle first-hand, genius tech billionaire Gideon Reeves, decides to do something about it, putting up millions of dollars of his own money to take over the troubled 13th Precinct. When he reboots it as a private police force it challenges the whole district - including the ambitious Officer Amelia Murphy - to rethink the way to fight crime: better, faster and smarter than anything seen before.
