A psychopath cuddleer named Jacob Kilmer escapes from prison and his hurried departure finds him on the Will Rogers Beach, close to Baywatch headquarters. The police close the beach and everyone is cleared from the beach. Lieutenant Sloan from the Police Department, is in charge. When almost everyone has cleared the beach, Kilmer hides himself in Stephanie's lifeguard truck.
