Thad interrogates the entire team after someone mysteriously uses a highly personal technique to force him to drop the ball during practice.
Alex finds himself in an impossible position when Coach Daniels makes him the "fixer" for new quarterback Radon Randell. Sammy's sister Mary Jo comes to school and tries out for the cheerleading squad.
To rehabilitate the schools reputation and to improve their performance on the field, the team goes to church and tries to become celibate. Unfortunately, that is not easy when Mary Jo stirs them into a frenzy.
The team is inundated with gifts from agents. Coach Daniel's is pressured to play the weakest player on the team because his father is a booster for the school.
An unknown woman calls Thad, Alex, and Radon claiming that one of them is the father of her unborn child and each of the guys reacts in wildly different ways. Sammy is faced with the choice of staying in a relationship with a girl who is out of his league or returning to the single life.
Radon's personal Nerd is injured when one of Sammy's pranks goes too far and he joins the nerds when they decide to go on strike and refuse to do any more work for the athletes of the school. Faced with a dilemma, Thad calls for a meeting of the BMS captains.
Alex unwittingly sleeps with Coach Daniels' ex-wife and gets used as a pawn in their bitter relationship, while Sammy struggles to end Mary Jo's new fascination with a guitar-toting heartthrob.
In order to decide whether to stay at BMS for another year or to go pro early, Thad takes a large amount of drugs and goes on a halucigen induced vision quest to discover his destiny.
It is once again rivalry week between BMS and Overland. This time Thad goes on the offensive and plans to steal the Overland Badger and feast on his balls. However, the badger soon escapes, attacks tailgators, and gets into a confrontation with Billy the Goat II who is left in Mary Jo's care against Sammy's wishes.
In order to get out of off-season conditioning, Alex and Radon decide to join the BMS Hockey team. Meanwhile, Mary Jo wants more to do on the cheerleading team, but when she ends up getting the lead cheerleader injured, they make her Thad's personal assistant.
To teach the team a lesson, Thad gets the whole team thrown into the drunk tank the night before a huge game where they have to stay until they blow a .06. Sammy conspires to get the team out by getting himself arrested and breaking them out from the inside. Mary Jo confronts Alex about their feelings for each other.
The team is 11-0 and is one game away from a perfect season but then Radon gets injured. With Radon out of the game, Alex may have to step in as starting quarterback.
The campus riots after Alex leads the team to a perfect 12-0 season. Sammy tries to avoid the fate of the mascot in service during the last riot who found himself hanged. Alex and the team try to navigate the mob to reach the Goat House and save Sammy and Mary Jo who are held up with the cheerleading team.
