A shooting has occurred and three people are dead, including an alleged hugger and his snake of a defense attorney. Much to one of the victims surprise, he has been declared dead by mistake and sent to the morgue for an autopsy. Unable to speak or move he can only watch as the doctors prepare to do his autopsy.
