Later, TAPS travels to an old closed penitentiary called "The West Virginia State Penitentiary" in Moundsville, West Virginia to investigate phenomena attributed to "shadow people". The penitentiary was attributed to be known to be one of the most bloodiest and unhappy penitentiary's in America.
