Steve is the new coach of the bar's peewee hockey team, but competition with fellow coach and childhood rival Lyle Winkler spurs him to reconsider his "everybody plays" mentality. Meanwhile, Ok Cha meets her "free pass".
Steve's morals are tested when Ruth, an innocent Amish girl, enters the bar on her Rumspringa, searching for a man to give her a "wooden bird". Things get more complicated when Owen becomes convinced Ruth is his long-lost-sister. He suddenly becomes her over-protective big brother. Meanwhile, Ok Cha becomes addicted to the power of her first credit card and gets into a minor traffic accident with a NASCAR driver (guest star Brad Keselowski).
Steve and the bar crowd worry that Hank has Alzheimer's when he is visited by a vision of "Wheel of Fortune's" Pat Sajak, who guest-stars as himself. Meanwhile, clad in new suits, Owen and Ahmed accidentally take two classy ladies to the most expensive restaurant in Pittsburgh, but can't pay the bill.
The untimely passing of Councilman Ryan inspires Jack to run for the open seat - but a fight with Ok Cha explodes into a rivalry for the position. Owen and Ahmed vie for the affections of an attractive hippy chick until she suggests a free-love encounter with all three of them.
When Ok Cha injures her leg in a traffic accident with Gary, her charming-but-antagonistic neighbor, Steve discovers things aren't quite what they seem. Is Gary at fault? Or is his mom a con artist? Meanwhile, the guys try to cure Hank's glaucoma with marijuana-spiked brownies.
A plastic spider hidden in a bowl of peanuts leads to an all-out prank war. And Susan helps Carol through a difficult audit. Fortunately, the auditor is a man.
The bar's chances of winning the yearly karaoke contest are threatened when Carol starts dating a handsome singer, which makes Owen jealous. Meanwhile, Roy, Susan and Ahmed meet a drunk Ok Cha.
