Jon starts off by discussing Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge and the television commercial propaganda used to invoke fear into every American that they should prepare for a terrorist attack in a segment called "America Freaks Out II: The Re-Freakening". Jon also mocks the government's ready.gov website, which offers helpful pictures providing info on what to do to during an attack. Senior Security Analyst Rob Corddry talks with Jon about the helpfulness of the site.

Jon then talks about an Iraqi State television version of the Daily Show, which uses a logo depicting George Bush as a Ferengi from Star Trek.
