What "The Hero" 4-th episode about
At the beginning of this week's episode, a huge twist is revealed by Dwayne Johnson. Then in this week's Team Challenge, contestants take passing-defying leaps off a building and climb 40 stories up an abandoned elevator shaft. Someone must attempt a daunting open-water swim through the ocean in the Hero Challenge. No one is safe.
