What "Shark" 1-th episode about
Stark has just been knocked back by a client that he got acquitted and then committed the same crime, but this time it cost someone their life. Stark begins to think he is not able to do his job and defend these people, when the Mayor offers him a job doing the exact opposite, prosecuting them.
Stark's first case is prosecuting a young woman who claims that she had to hug her attacker after he tried to rape her. Now with his group of Deputy D.A'.s, he must try to break down her story and the facts in order to find the truth about what really happened.
Meanwhile, Stark's daughter makes a startling decision when she is force to choose who will become her guardian until her 18th birthday.
