Four chefs arrive in Flavortown ready to prove that traditionally unhealthy dishes can be made healthier and even more delicious. To start the New Year off right, Guy Fieri asks them to make a burger and fries without using any of the traditional burger ingredients. Then the chefs are challenged to make healthy lasagna with a weight limit on their ingredients, and they get a strict budget for making a fried chicken dinner.
