During a routine cell extraction, Dom and Stella are caught up in a prison siege when inmates take several guards hostage. Shannon negotiates with the ringleader, but ends up admitting that Dom and Stella are inside. When the situation escalates as a result of the inmates knowing that police are inside, Lawson sends in Josh and the riot police.
Kerry has to deal with an accident in which she hit a cyclist, and is horrified when the man dies.
