Apparently, extreme temperatures, sleep deprivation, and simulated drowning don't count as torture. According to the Justice Department, only those things that "shock the conscience" are considered torture. Senior Legal Correspondent Samantha Bee talks with Jon about how the court ruled that Larry Craig is in fact, gay.
