Mack announces it's time for the annual "Capture the Flag" competition at Camp Little Otter and nobody is safe! Mack's ex-husband Steve arrives unexpectedly t camp looking for a place to crash after a fight with his girlfriend. Mack reluctantly agrees to let him stay and participate in the competition. Sarah and Cole tackle the game with ferocity and are determined to beat the others. Kip chafes at Marina's flirtations with another camper but is surprised to find he has attracted the attention of fellow CIT and "mean girl", Chloe, who takes Kip prisoner during the competition. Meanwhile, Robbie comes to his mother's aid when her gambling gets her into trouble once again.
