Beavis and Butt-head watch a commercial for milk on television. This reminds them that 'cow tipping' is supposedly a fun activity, so they attempt to tip one themselves, which doesn't sit well with the local farmer.
Beavis and Butt-head can't remember how to pee. Mr. Van Driessen thinks they're joking, Mr. Buzzcut tries to force them to pee, and when that doesn't work, they finally seek professional help from a doctor.
Beavis gets bitten by a vicious dog that escapes its chain. Poking Beavis' wound at first seems like a fun way to amuse classmates, but it angers Mr. Buzzcut. On Mr. Buzzcut's orders, Butt-head takes Beavis to a doctor, who has a sadistic treatment to cure Beavis of his disease.
Highland High School's new psychiatrist tries to psychoanalyze Beavis and Butt-head, and gives them some psychological tests. They fight in her office and misuse her things while she takes notes. The boys find the inkblot tests that the psychiatrist gives them to be especially stimulating, but she finds their answers disturbing.
Beavis and Butt-head go to the bank to try and get some money. During their visit, a bank officer is arrested for embezzlement and threatens to jump off the roof. Beavis and Butt-head encourage him to jump.
Beavis and Butt-head check out the local health club on a free trial membership. They goof around on the fitness equipment, and prove to be pretty unreliable spotters.
Mr. Buzzcut thinks Beavis and Butt-head are lacking good personal hygiene, so he sends them to the school nurse. The 'nurse' is a hippie who just wants to have a groovy time with the boys.
Beavis and Butt-head call a phone sex number, and listen to a woman's butt. They decide to get their own 900 number so they can make a little money, but find the process is more complicated than they thought.
Butt-head almost drowns during a swimming lesson in Mr. Buzzcut's class, and it's up to Beavis to rescue him.
The town of Highland suffers a blackout, and Beavis and Butt-head are annoyed that they can't watch TV. The boys head outside to find a working television set, and somehow end up directing traffic - a job they aren't very good at.
Working on a project for Mr. Van Driessen's audio-video club, Butt-head is inspired by Late Night with David Letterman. He imagines himself reading the 'Top 10 List' from 'Butt, Montana', and imagines Beavis as his Paul Shaffer. Unfortunately, once they film it, they find they don't have much to say.
Beavis smashes his head into a wall while imitating characters he saw on TV, and has a near-passing experience. He has a dream where he goes up to heaven and meets St. Peter, who tries to determine if Beavis is fit for heaven. Butt-head tries to help out by burying Beavis.
Mr. Anderson hires Beavis and Butt-head to help him build a new swimming pool. While they find creative ways to mix cement, Mr. Anderson becomes lost looking for Spanish tiles.
Beavis and Butt-head get their fortunes told by a con woman. She becomes terrified when it appears that Beavis is the one with the psychic abilities, and can see the future in her crystal ball - and the future Beavis sees is one of war and destruction.
To get cash so they can shop in a classy lingerie store, Beavis and Butt-head steal coins from a fountain at the mall. When the water in the fountain is turned on, they take refuge on a fake island in the center. They try to think of ways to escape from their 'island', without much success.

Beavis and Butt-head search for a missing kid, but get distracted when they end up on a golf course. The boys sneak around the course and steal Mr. Anderson's golf balls at every hole. They find a way to make a little cash, but poor Mr. Anderson gets incredibly frustrated.
Beavis and Butt-head wander into a Medical Center. Butt-head gets a dose of 'laughing gas' and a nasty procedure done at the dentist, while Beavis gets his eyes examined by a frustrated optometrist and earns himself a lollipop.
Beavis and Butt-head are featured on a talk show for teens, hosted by Captain Dick Jackman. Their mood changes from annoyed to frustrated when they can't score with Lolita and Tanqueray.
When Mr. Van Driessen asks for volunteers to work the crisis phone line, Beavis and Butt-head volunteer, thinking they'll have girls calling and sharing their most intimate thoughts. They're supposed to be caring and helpful, but end up trying to score with a caller.
Beavis and Butt-head attempt to buy a bag of 'Sour Cream 'n' Salsa Pork Rinds' from a vending machine, but it becomes stuck inside the machine. Frustrated by their hunger, they try various ways to get their snack out of the vending machine before they starve to passing.
An amateur filmmaker comes to Mr. Van Driessen's class, and wants to make a documentary that shows an honest portrayal of America's youth culture. He chooses Beavis and Butt-head as his subjects, and documents their every move. 'The Great Cornholio' makes a brief appearance before the camera rolls.
Beavis and Butt-head win a radio station contest from KT&A. Their prize is to become guest disc jockeys for a day, but the main DJ becomes frustrated with them because of their negative personalities, and the way they goof off while on the air.
Poor Stewart has a bad case of diarrhea, so the boys go to his house, and raid his food cupboards. Beavis discovers that if he eats too much sugar, he becomes his alter-ego, 'The Great Cornholio', and goes through the halls of Highland High School, annoying the students and staff.
Beavis and Butt-head are accused of stealing money from the Burger World cash register. The police give them polygraph tests to determine their guilt - and the boys try to cheat.
