It's Charity Night on Hell's Kitchen! The top eight chefs will begin the week with an International Cuisine Challenge. This year, the show will be honouring guests from The American Heart Association and the Connecticut Chapter of The Special Olympics and the amazing work they do. Each team will cook for one of the organizations and it is a huge test of organization and timing for the remaining chefs.
It is Black Jacket Time! When Gordon Ramsay announces this week will determine which chefs will receive one of the coveted Black Jackets, the pressure is on. When a series of challenges where they must use their creativity and pull out all the stops to attempt to stand out from the pack and be awarded a black jacket. With so much on the line, emotions are running at an all-time high.
